Heart of the building
The canteen of the Piter Jelles comprehensive school is all about multifunctional use. More than 400 students have their breaks here every day. During the day, students also work individually or in groups in this area. Piter Jelles also welcomes large groups in the canteen for extracurricular activities. This called for a contemporary look with an attractive design.

Mood board
From four options to a single ideal
On a gigantic mood board we presented four possible designs for the auditorium. In the end, the staff, students and parents chose the perfect picture. A modern interior with sustainable furniture complemented by matching colours within the building.
Functions
Working, chilling, instruction and getting together
Groups of students work together at the large wooden tables. Somewhat smaller groups sit comfortably in the train benches. The students can relax on the round benches and at the round tables, but the set-up is also easy to adjust for an instructional moment.
